My passion for SMEs has grown continuously since my first mandate for the complete restructuring of an SME in 1993. My professional career has allowed me to develop listening skills and respect for entrepreneurs. Through this sincere connection that I have with SMEs, it is easy for me to fully engage in the heart of the company and activate the changes required to direct the company towards its objectives. My multiple interventions in SMEs have allowed me to develop a unique expertise combining simplicity, efficiency and innovation.
